Court Appointed Receiverships
J. L. Krinsky & Co., Inc. because of its many years of leadership and substantial credentials in property management and real estate consulting has been appointed by the Chancery Divisions of the Superior Courts of New Jersey as Receiver for a significant number of properties in the foreclosure process in Monmouth, Hudson and Ocean Counties.
Our directed goal is to preserve and protect the property. We do this in various ways, including: taking control of (or supervising) revenue collection; ensuring all maintenance functions are performed; and making certain financial obligations are met in a timely manner (and needed repairs are made).

Manages & Operates Properties
Collects and accounts for rents and other fees
Enters into rentals or leases at the property on behalf of the plaintiff
Maintains Insurance for the property
Pay (or cause to have paid) common element obligations
Directs necessary repairs (within court guidelines)
Markets and sells the property
Conducts forensic analyses of the owners' books and records; evaluates accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures; and reviews all bank account records of the borrower
